Here at "Tsel-Harim" we enjoy drinking a cup of tasty and healthful tea,
and from brewing and drinking- we eventually got to growing and preparing our own.
We found a blessing in working the Land of Israel, and found the thorn grown and rocky hillsides that had lain fallow through generations of exile, were rewarding us with rich harvests [both quantity and quality!].
After filling our pantry, and sharing with family, friends and neighbors, the tea just kept coming and we found ourselves with enough to offer to share with you as well...
So here's our story how a rocky patch of ground in the Shomron Mountains is slowly turning into a piece of paradise,
and we are becoming Organic Tea and Herb producers...
