For some years ,we have been dreaming about a Biblical Park that will reconstruct the true roots of the people of Israel and will bring awareness of these roots to the world.We are the ones who put Shiloh, Mount Ebal, the Mount of Abraham and the Eshel Hashomron Hotel “on the map” ,turning them from neglected sites to popular tourist stops. We did it only with the power of strong faith and with your help.and the help of other friends who like us believed, came, visited and brought others to visit. We can't rest on our laurels-especially in light of the political reality taking shape,a reality that is trying to blur the roots of the people,relying on widespread ignorance of the Bible

In order to prevent the political reality from erasing the roots of the Bible,we have decieded to bring them to life.
We have decided to try to bring them to maximum public awareness,through a very unique Biblical Park that will draw attention to the origin of the people,their true roots.It is a Park that will attract every tourist who come to Israel,every student who is studying Bible,a Park that will make the roots of Israel famous ,familiar,the focus of a pilgrimage.

Visit of the Tourism Minister to the Biblical Park

Minster of Tourism April 8,2003 Dear friends My acquaintance with Tova, Menachem and Tuvya goes back a long way. I am quiet familiar with the pioneering work they have been doing for years in Samaria on behalf of tourism and Zionizm,an effort born of dedication and real faith that persists inspite of the obstacles our nation faces at all times. Based on my knowledge of their endeavors and their success with the Eshel Hashomron Hotel,I express my admiration and support for their newest creative . initiative to build a Biblical Park in Samaria I anticipate that this site will become a great attraction for tourists from around the world who are interested in experiencing the connection between the Bible and Samaria first hand. They will come away with a greater knowledge and appreciation for the roots of our people in this land. Our nation will also benifit from such a fascinating and educational site,which can only strengthen our love for the land of our Fathers, and reinforce our conviction that all of Eretz Yisrael is truly and undeniably holy. We have gathered together a handful of passionately interested people,from Israel and abroad,as those who see eye to eye the return predicted in the Bible, lovers of the Land of Israel and we decided to establish a non profit organization called "the Roots of Ephraim" with its main goal to raise fund for the purpose of developing and restoring and bringing to life the Biblical sites mentioned in the Book of the books and make them a treasure for all.

A donation of 5000 Euro was given to the Shorshai Ephrain for developing the biblical park by Theo Ellasat in the name of Christian Friends of Israel.
Mr Ellasat asked that this donation will be to start Joseph's Tomb that was destroyed in Shechem in the beginning of this Intifada.

The management of the foundation declared that their main goal this year is to finish building Joseph's Tomb and Mount Nebo.
